The quality standards are aimed at professionals and organisations from voluntary, public, civil and criminal child protection who work directly with children and their relatives. The quality standards serve to evaluate and optimise the actions of professionals. In addition, they provide a basis for professionals within their organisation and in regional associations to discuss and further develop quality in child protection.
For the first time, the fragmented child protection system in Switzerland now has quality standards that are supported by various stakeholders. They serve as an important basis for the further development of a common vision of child protection.
