Guidelines: Designing digital applications in a participatory way

Digital applications such as websites and apps characterise our everyday lives. In order to make them user-friendly, a «human-centred approach» is increasingly being adopted for digital applications for adults. The subsequent user group is involved in all development steps as active co-creators, from the concept to the final product.

It offers a compact, practice-orientated introduction to designing digital applications with and for children and adolescents using the participatory project «Children's rights in your pocket» as an example.
