Terms of delivery and payment

Deliveries You will receive the ordered items free of charge for orders over CHF 120.00. Otherwise, postage costs of CHF 11.00 will be charged for PostPac Economy shipping, CHF 14.00 for PostPac Priority shipping or CHF 22.00 for express delivery.

Prices The prices for resellers are recommended retail prices and include VAT. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Purchase conditions We grant you a 20% discount on the sales prices.

Warranty service The right of return is limited to defective items and incorrect deliveries. Please report manufacturing and material defects as well as transport damage immediately. We will replace damaged items.

Terms of payment 30 days net after receipt of invoice.

The discount of 20% and the postage prices are automatically calculated according to weight and selected shipping method in the online store.
